Introduction

Definitions

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which bonus99 confirms the identity, age, and eligibility of a player prior to authorising withdrawals or high-value transactions.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Eligibility

Account Registration & Security

Each player may maintain only one (1) active account with bonus99. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via proxy — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When completing registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Terms of Use

By using the bonus99 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any bonus99 software or system.

bonus99 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bonus99 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, and withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bonus99 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). bonus99 does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary may apply their own transaction charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — supported by all major Malaysian banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet transactions and RM50 for bank transfers.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals submitted by verified accounts are processed as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers target a processing time of under 15 minutes. FPX and bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes to 2 hours. All withdrawal timelines are subject to banking system availability and may be affected by national public holidays in Malaysia.

Players must not use the bonus99 platform as a mechanism for currency exchange, fund storage, or payment transfer to third parties. Accounts identified as being used for such purposes will be immediately suspended.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. • Bonus Abuse: bonus99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotion terms, hedging, or coordinated abuse — is detected.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on bonus99 are subject to the game-specific and market-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and a specific game or market rule, the specific rule prevails.

bonus99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed error. Where a void is declared, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. bonus99 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

For live sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other covered markets — bets accepted during a live event are valid subject to confirmation by the relevant data provider. bonus99 accepts live bets in real time but reserves the right to suspend a market without notice where data integrity cannot be maintained.

All casino games using RNG technology are certified by an independent testing laboratory. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the last certified audit date. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game processes conducted in licensed studios and are not subject to RNG certification.

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bonus99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof;
• Technical errors, data transmission failures, or server downtime;
• Losses arising from bets placed in error, including market pricing errors subsequently voided;
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bonus99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence — to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

In all other circumstances, bonus99's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or connected to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

bonus99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Failure to pass or maintain satisfactory KYC verification;
• Discovery that the player is a minor or does not meet the 21+ age requirement;
• Discovery that the player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Evidence of duplicate account registration;
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed towards bonus99 staff or other players;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations that require account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to a breach by the player, bonus99 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, outstanding real money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding real money balances at the time of closure will be returned to the player's last-used withdrawal method after any applicable KYC review is completed.

Amendments to These Terms

bonus99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 14 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Non-material clarifications, formatting corrections, and minor updates may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the bonus99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bonus99 holds its primary operating licence.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bonus99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of ongoing fraud or intellectual property infringement.
